Unlocking Britain's Potential

Inspired by the London 2012 Olympics’ legacy of diversity and inclusion we began a journey to explore some of the key issues impacting the UK workforce and hindering Britain’s competitiveness.

Through our own research and discussions with interested partners, subject matter experts, influencers and decision makers; we aim to further explore the changing face of employment, the perceived or real barriers to developing the skills Britain needs to compete on a global playing field; and the integrated roles that different parties should be playing to realise the potential of Britain’s workforce.
