Olympic and Paralympic Athlete Career Programme

Olympic and Paralympic athletes who dedicate their ‘best years’ as young adults to sport are often left behind in terms of professional development.

Launched in 2005, this personalised career programme helps athletes view their sporting successes and characteristics from the point of view of an employer. The programme in cooperation with the IOC and IPC helps professional athletes make the move from sport to a brand new career. We help by getting the right person in the right job, every time. So, when athletes were ready to move on, we made sure they went in the right direction with the best support available.
