Long servers’ lunch

We know that competition for top talent is fierce — and that the concept of a job for life is becoming a thing of the past — which is why we invest in creating a lifetime of career choices. And because it means a lot to us when we see that effort rewarded with the loyalty of our longest servers, we celebrate the people who’ve been with us for ten years (and counting) with the annual long servers’ lunch: treating them to a drinks reception and three-course meal at a high end restaurant, hosted by the Board.

Superstars’ incentives

But it’s not just our well-established workers that get to enjoy the perks of a job well done; we like to recognise the achievements of our star performers — from every sales brand and back office function — with our quarterly incentive scheme, where 60 people are treated to a celebratory day out, courtesy of Adecco Group. What’s more, our Q4 winners are whisked away to enjoy the trip of a lifetime with fellow high achievers. Previous destinations have included Dubai, Iceland, Marrakech and Brazil, and your ambition can take you there.

Annual conference and awards

We couldn’t get the great results that we’re known for without our Group-wide superstars, but every employee in the Adecco Group family contributes to our success through the effort they put in, each and every day. That’s why every year, we like to recognise the hard work of our colleagues from across the UK and Ireland by holding an annual conference and awards ceremony; during which we celebrate the Group’s achievements throughout the year, communicate our vision for the year ahead, and thank the people who’ve really made a difference by presenting them with a well-earned award in front of their peers.
